Best of all, the app features a convenient online customer support chat where you can report any issues you are experiencing. However, users have reported issues with them having trouble logging in. The UI can also be quite slow to respond and confusing to navigate.
Needs UI improvements
Although skitto offers a great number of ways for you to purchase data or minutes for your sim, the unintuitive UI can make it difficult to get things done. Adding the frequent lagging and login issues, the app can be more of an inconvenience rather than a helpful tool.
